Summer Doesn't Last Long in Toronto, So Let's Make the Most of It by Spending as Much Time as We Can Outdoors!

Here are over 15 fun exercise classes and activities available to the public, most of which are free*.

Flow Into Your Weekends and Weeks with Yoga

Yoga Mat

A lot of the outdoor fitness classes require you to bring your own yoga mat.

Ours have been very useful over the years.

We've even made up our own yoga routine to do at home from bits and pieces of classes here and there - definitely convenient for rainy and snowy days!

Yoga Blocks

Taking your yoga routine a step further with yoga blocks helps improve your posture in certain poses allowing for a deeper stretch.

We also like to use them to help challenge ourselves in more advanced yoga poses.

Yoga Pants

Anyone who has tried yoga pants, much prefers them to regular pants.

Why be constricted when you gain all of this range of motion?!
